Welcome to Sourdough Bloom! We are delighted to provide you with the finest sourdough baked goods and our signature Bloom Packet, which includes our sourdough starter in her dehydrated form. Please review our shipping policy below:
Baked Goods Shipping Policy ~ At this time, we do not offer shipping for any of our fresh sourdough baked goods. All fresh sourdough items can be pre-ordered and pre-paid on a first-come, first-served basis through our weekly website order form. Please go to our website http://www.sourdoughbloom.com to sign up for the monthly Sourdough Bloom Newsletter that will alert you when to place your sourdough order, plus receive updates, subscription offers and new offerings.
Porch Pickup ~ We offer a once-a-week porch pickup service in Milton, Florida. The specific pickup details will be provided upon the successful completion of your pre-order. As we grow, we will offer more pickup locations in Santa Rosa County and Escambia County, in Florida.
Bloom Packet Shipping ~ We are pleased to offer shipping throughout the United States for our Bloom Packet, which contains our dehydrated Bloom sourdough starter. Bloom is the heart and soul of all our sourdough baked goods, including breads, cookies, cinnamon rolls, crackers, pizza dough, croutons, and more. This packet will give you the ability to make and bake all your favorite sourdough based baked goods in your own home. Each Bloom Packet will arrive with a QR code inside the packet that directs you to our website, where you will get the detailed instructions on rehydrating it to her bubbly and active self, along with access to a simple starter bread recipe.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sourdough Bloom, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our baked goods. Each item is carefully prepared to ensure you receive the freshest and most delicious products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us directly within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.
